She sang a beautiful but tear-jerking song on a commercial that played a lot, a couple of years? Then SNL did a spot when the song played, and (Seth MEYERS?) said at first, "O.K., that's enough of that," then they played it again and again and he kept escalating until he burst, "DON'T play that song again!"
Because it was too emotional, not that there was disagreement.
