I just had a shingles outbreak at 45. My doctor asked me if I've been under any stress
Had to bite my tongue so I didn't go into a political rant, which kinda answers the stress question.

That's my usual response. And I'm so sorry about the shingles. I had them twice before age 50. And I never had chickenpox! I was exposed, but never got them. I guess I got the virus in my system anyway.
I hope it's as manageable as possible.
