35. They have determined that Trump's photographer stepped back and hit a safety device

at the top of the escalator designed to keep people from getting caught up in the gears of the escalator. Thus stopping the escalator.

Ironically, this was the shot the Trump photographer was probably trying to take. Not that it would have compared to Obama's pic anyway, but you know they are trying.
