Judge finds DOJ violated fair trial rules in teh luigi case

the judge said that biondi and other made statements that could hurt luigi getting a fair trial

she should dismiss the case and bar them from recharging him

in which Trump's goons like Patel and Bondi and their minions (and Fatso himself) offer their opinions publicly, and not in the context of a court proceeding, as to the guilt of a person being prosecuted. This happens all the fucking time. If they want their prosecutions to be successful they need to STFU and let the line prosecutors do their jobs. Mangione should be prosecuted, but properly, and given the same presumption of innocence as any other defendant. Same goes for Robinson.
