This one has potential. If her message is well funded throughout the district, and she can spark the right kind of excitement with the time she has, she might make progress with voters. And maybe, just mayyyybe, she taps into something not seen in generations: A vastly bipartisan coalescing around an agenda rooted in the common good.

All personal attacks are deflected into policy that is allegedly designed to help the voter. So it doesnt matter if you've been convicted of 32 felonies or accused of raping dozens of people. All that matters is your target voter base think you will help. And suddenly -perceived party identification is meaningless. This strategy works even better if -like Mamdani and others, your proposals actually help.

Polling and -even better, elections, have proven this theory so well that pointing to it is basically beating a horses' century old dug up remains.
