are going to be laser foccussed on getting obamacare subsidy legislation to preserve reasonable health care coverage. And some of them voted republican.

And I hope you are. But what if the government is shut down and Trump sells it, lyingly and successfully, as the Dems fighting for health care for illegal immigrants? He, Trump, will say he's fighting for health care for citizens. He then pulls a giant stack of our chips over to his side.

Right before the election, Trump announces that he's going to give a giant health care subsidy to make up for the "failed Obamacare illegal immigrant coverage." Again, a grotesque lie, but he'll sell it.

We really have to get in the game. Shutting down the government over this reminds me of holding up the placards at the State of the Union. Just a self-owning groupthink symptom.
