Repugs got rid of the filibuster for confirming judges, including the Supreme Court. But that means Democrats could confirm judges too, under Biden. So it seems that Repugs aren't going to remove the filibuster from everything, at least they haven't yet. They don't want Democrats to pass a budget without them....
