British RC-135W "Rivet Joint" ELINT aircraft near Crimea

This is an extremely sophisticated electronics intelligence aircraft, and I have never seen this one on my plane tracker app before.

Also an unusual amount of air assets in sky in Poland.

Grain of salt.

IMO, we should impose a no-fly over Ukraine for the Russians. No way TFG supports that, but the rest of NATO should. Since drones "tageting" Ukrainian targets are fairly routinely wandering into NATO countries, it is justified.

I wonder what is throwing Putin into panic.

Perhaps NATO acting on its own without kissing Trump's ass first?

The rest oif NATO acting on their own is probably a big deal... also, lots of sigbns of both both military and economic stress in Russia. Russia knows it can't keep this up forever. They need to "win" soon. They had hoped, I think, their sabre-rattling would intimidate Polate and the Baltic states into backing off. It is having the opposite effect.
