...seeing as the Fairness Doctrine wouldn't have applied to Fox News, and seeing as cable channels aren't licensed by the government, not seeing how any of this would make any difference.

The Fairness Doctrine applied to over-the-air broadcasts...is Fox News an over-the-air broadcast?

The FCC does require that cable TV systems carry local broadcast channels, but other than that, they don't license the cable channels themselves, nor do they regulate content.

If you have information that says otherwise, I'd love to see it.

I thought it was under 10%, when they aren't out and out lying.
