Can you name even on person in the Cabinet of this regime that is competent? At one time, many woud have said Marco Rubio. But he has shown himself to be nothing but a quisling.
But it was never about competence. It was only about loyalty. If you are incompetent, but loyal, that is the only qualification you need.
