There Goes the Jimmy Kimmel Boycott: Nexstar, Sinclair Fold as Late Night Show Returns

The local TV station boycott of ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! appears to be ending.

Sinclair and Nexstar each said that they would end preemption of the late night show Friday night.

Sinclair said it made the decision after “thoughtful feedback from viewers, advertisers, and community leaders representing a wide range of perspectives.”

That said, while Sinclair appears to have been seeking notable concessions (including an ombudsman at ABC), a source says that no editorial or content concessions were made by Disney.

they were losing. Period.

I never had Disney and Sinclair was not the carrier here. I do believe the boycott of Disney should continue a bit longer. Make them hurt for caving and teach them a lesson.

Very Interested in those who do, being able to Tune into Jimmy Kimmel & Free Speech.

This whole thing has gotten me to be a new audience member on our Liberal youtubes.

I saw the Comeback on Tuesday night and it was Perfectly Brillian! And, last night, too.. Hilarious... talking about the escalator Stoppage. And the guy in the Antique store telling "Traitor to GFY and Epstein Files"

As for Disney.. I wonder Jimmy how feels about that? It really made a Huge Dent in their Revenue.. so they brought Kimmel back.. and is Greatly Appreciated.

and I DON'T have a problem with that, when such threats are directed against those
who are deliberately attempting to trash the first amendment and the Constitution---
and supporting the imposition of a fascist system upon this country---
