Whiskey Pete is going to let the top brass know, verbally but not in writing, that everyone in the military owes their allegiance to Krasnov and not to the Constitution, Anyone who disobeys any order, legal or illegal, will be terminated.

Just another stage from Project 2025, getting control of the military.
