It's actually anti-Jim Comey.

Comey tweeted a few months ago when he came across a sea shell formation on a beach spelling out "8647."

That was interpreted by some as a threat to Trump because to 86 something means to get rid of it. Trump is, of course, president #47. Some claimed that that 86 meant to kill Trump, but many other argued that 86 is about removing him from office.

Either way, the fact that Comey took a picture and posted it resulted in him being the target of a lot of backlash.

So it appears that Elon, despite his differences with Trump, is sending the message that Comey is fully responsible for this spot of trouble he finds himself. And that's a garbage take, which you'd expect from Eloon.
