1. Did Comey even seek permission from the DOJ before he ruined the election?

2. He did, and they ordered him not to do it, and that it was a violation

of the Hatch Act. Comey disobeyed a direct order from the AG, so screw him.

Unlikely anything will happen to him except cost him money for lawyers, but I have no sympathy for the jackass that helped trump getting elected.

He gave that shameful press conference earlier in 16 and trashed Hillary Clinton despite finding evidence of no crime. He made the statement that they found no evidence that Russia didn't hack her email server. That's like saying you found no evidence that someone isn't a murderer.
