So, say the Comey indictment gets dismissed without prejudice for being insufficent.

Which it ought to be, because it’s laughably thin and vague.

Under normal circumstances, if it’s just the first filing, a judge will give the prosecution another shot and dismiss it without prejudice, meaning they could amend and re-file it.

However, since the statute on the offense I believe is scheduled to run early next week, the prosecution would be barred from re-filing it.

Am I correct in this analysis?

And peaceful, chill Portland will be under attack by ICE and who knows who else as the perpetually self-embarrassing failure in the White House tries to divert attention from his prosecutors' continued failures.

I don't know how the the statue of limitations run state by state, but this is a federal matter.
