What you need to be saying is, Disney had to brass-knuckle Nexstar and Sinclair into getting BACK IN COMPLIANCE with a LEGALLY-BINDING AGREEMENT they've been in BREACH OF for 2 weeks. Nexstar and Sinclair had to be BRASS-KNUCKLED into not leaving you a blank screen on a football Saturday
