TSF is giving me PTSD

From the time I was 12 until my father died, he gave me this ominous message: If you go looking for trouble, you'll find it.
Well, I was a teen, being independent. Never got arrested. Never embarrassed my family. Never got in trouble at school. No curfew violations. Etc.
But my father didn't like how I'd mouth off when he made bad judgments or just wanted to control everything I did. Like when he tried to ground me when I never left the house.
I'd argue and show my resentment. And he'd threaten me (with what, I don't know, because it never came to that) with if he'd punish me, it would be my fault for provoking his wrath. "The House always wins." All my efforts did was to show resistance to his "authority", which I suppose he feared as it might spread to my siblings -- and my mother/his wife.
Now, with TSF all out threatening any non-MAGA for opposing him, protesting him, saying anything out loud with any kind of imaginable punishment, it's like re-living my father's vacation from sanity all over again.
