1. If you ever suffered a miscarriage you realize how horrifying this story is.

I suffered a miscarriage many years ago. When I started spotting, my OBGYN immediately hospitalized me. I was there for a whole week until I lost the fetus in the toilet. Everyone was so kind and understanding. My primary care doctor also checked on me on a daily basis. When I lost the baby he told me it was nature’s way of doing away with an imperfection. Why would any health care professional want to punish a woman under these circumstances?
