A talking point should be the inability to

strike an agreement with a liar and cheat. If the President can steal money from programs at will, then it’s not a deal. We should also highlight the failing US economy. Trump constantly said the economy was collapsing under Democratic Presidents. Time to feed Trump his own gruel.
