I seriously have trolls to piss off on Hacker News and (surprise) chores.

Trying to limit my DU time to really informative posts and (mostly) ignore the siren calls (siren as in mythology).

3. Do what you need to do! I find community of action helps

Constantly reading news and commentary was making me feel burned out and alienated. I went to an indivisible meeting last night and found a few paths to action for myself that I can manage. I feel so much better today.

One person spoke of reaching out to neighbors who are frightened and alone. They came over for an evening and left much stronger and less pessimistic. It made me realize how much I, a loner, do need to be around people of like mind.
