21 million people get health insurance through the ACA but there is only about 13 million undocumented immigrants in the US.
Assuming Democrats really were trying to provide health care for these illegal immigrants it would mean that the felon, and the repubs are acknowledging that they have allowed 8 million new "illegal" immigrants into the country since he took office.
