Next week, SCOTUS will re-convene for its new session.
They will have a new slate of issues to decide.
When will they have the time to consider arguments for issues other than the ones that TSF has created? They can't throw stuff on the Shadow Docket forever and will have to actually issue real opinions with reasoning behind the decisions.
