Another way to put it, this is not about reality. It's about power. Trump wants the power to declare that the sky is orange, and then to bring the full force of the federal government to bear on the "crisis" of the orange sky.

1. The way to fight the untruth is to point out the obvious. The sky is Democratic Blue

Point out things so obvious that even maga can't dispute. For example when unemployment rises and maga family or friends are losing jobs, unable to find work, point that out regardless of whatever statistics are circulating.

Point out that shelves are a bit bare of christmas stuff (my expectation if it is not already the case).

Point out that no President ever saluted adversary's Generals the tRump saluted NKorea's (though that requires acceptance of the photographic evidence which maga might dispute, so not the best example).

Point out the racism of his AI mariachi racist video.

If I had time (I'm on DU too much as it is) I would compile a list of such obvious shit.
