There is no Antifa organization. It was never an organization; it has no leaders, board of directors, offices, or budget. It's a movement and philosophy that some left/liberal groups and individuals ascribe to. Trump has tried to designate as a terrorist organization an abstract entity that doesn't exist as an organization.
