What are they laughing at?

1. Trump's delusions.
2. The fact he is allowed to hold a position of power where the government and large chunks of the population accept his delusions and act on them.

Trump is currently working on getting West Narnia and East Narnia to come to the negotiating table.
Nobel peace prize coming up!
