Can speaker Johnson be arrested and jailed for refusing to seat an elected official

I’m assuming if it was the reverse the answer would be yes, or if not the entire media and country would talk about nothing else well at least the media anyway right?

The notification the state gave Johnson is always sufficient, until now. It is based on her overwhelming win. Final certification is always a formality, except now that Moses is pulling a McTurtle.
