What would happen to national Guard if, (depending on what state is called up) like say TSF picks Illinois national
guard to Chicago. What would happen IF the Illinois Governor told them once there to stand down. Do not help ICE. I know the Governor has NO SAY, BUT what would happen if he just made a statement asking them to stand down? What could happen to the national guard that agreed with the Illinois Gov? Every blue state Gov. should do this same request. I'm just trying to figure a way out of this National Guard control, if they do stand down after going where TSF sends them.
