Maybe a dumb question, but the kind of thing that drifts through my brain.....
The Felon/Rapist/Crime Minister is calling on Gov. Pritzker to call out the National Guard, or he will federalize it and call it out. Here's my question--could Pritzker call it out, and then deploy it somewhere else in the state besides Chicago? Say, protecting daisies in Pope County? Would The Felon have any recourse to that?
