Im well aware that the US isnt part of it but venezuala is. and if you look to th ephilipines their former president is awaiting trial for extra judicial killings of suspected drug sellers.
charge them both (and anyone else involved). moron may well die before he can be brought to trial but hegswith will have a long life expectancy to be arrested.
