I'm starting to notice a weird pattern with the orange asshole

It goes on in roughly 5 to 7 day cycles

We will see speak someplace and he will look like shit, slur he speech, ramble on about all his various imagine enemies, grievances, etc than disappear for days. Not to be seen in public for between 5-7 days.

Then poof he’s back talking to the press as if he just got a shot of adrenaline. Still saying stupid ass shit but a stark contrast to what he was like just a few days before.

There is something going on, what the fuck it is, I have no idea, but this pattern has been repeating itself for at least the last 3 months that I have noticed

Kidney failure would explain the swollen ankles. Filter the toxins out of his blood temporarily and they gradually build back up over the next several days and addle his brain.

this pattern has been going on for some time. He starts looking so terrible that everyone thinks that is it, he is a goner. Then he bounces back looking much like his old, awful self. Now the intervals between public appearances are getting longer and longer with only tweets to show he's still alive.

Yeah, I think some kind of medical treatment and medication are involved.

If so, probably Prostate or Colon.
