I'm guessing Trump doesn't know the federal judges' names who he has appointed?

Yesterday, while answering questions, he said the judge who ordered Ann halt to Trump’s actions against Portland with deploying NG troops to the city was a man! Actually, the judge is female Federal Judge!

And they are satisfied with his mental state?

any President knows all the names of the hundreds of judges appointed during their term(s).
