Can the Supremes save the midterms for the GOP?

The midterms are probably a tossup at this point. The right wing needs something to ensure they go over the top. That usually involves cheating. For our part I expect (hope) our side is ready to counter any such shenanigans.

Right now, prices are killing everyone. The manifest failure of Lord Lardass’ tariffs aref the root cause. I believe he even knows that. So what if somehow the whole notion of tariffs goes on a lightning docket to the Supremes? Let’s assume that happens. If they rule against him, they would actually be saving him from himself. They would also make themselves appear more sympathetic to we, the great unwashed. The tariffs go away and all is forgiven. Our prices go down and it comes off as a win win win.

Obviously, the collusion between the Supremes and Magaville is illegal or at least unethical, but the end result might be beneficial for everyone at least in the short term.

Were this to happen before the midterms and the results become clear before the midterms that could throw the election to the right wing.

Or would it?

If all of that happened in the win, win, win, shared by everyone with all the rest of the pain he inflicted stand out even more once his tariffs are shown to have been disastrous?
