(can you imagine what this money could do if used to build housing for the homeless, improve our cities, give us free healthcare (like Israeli’s have) , give us all a big tax rebate) plus etc etc

Or less than half of that when the true death toll is known.
But the US can't spare $25 for fortified nutrition to save the life of one child in Myanmar or Sudan. Or feed its own hungry children at school.
