phases of doom scrolling, gathering up the news, trying to believe it even though it's SO BAD it defies belief

phases of talking about it to friends and family, posting to sm, trying to get people to wake up to reality

phases of just sapping, playing games, watching true crime stories, and looking elsewhere

phases of interacting with friends and family for the joy and the love of it and keeping all the noise out of it

etc.

I have therapy about every 6 weeks or so to make sure i am not crazy. love my therapist

I work.

I try to have very serious conversations with my children and grandchildren so that when i'm not around anymore they will have no doubt about where I stood and that they are the biggest why for that. That it is love that drives me.

I hope you're feeling well Peggy and strong for the treatments awaiting you, that they are completed promptly and your outcomes are all great!

It's exhausting, and outrageous, the plethora of havoc, that comes out of the cabal called the current president's administration.

8. I try to think about those who have had it really rough, mostly war times, to put it all in perspective.

It's a kind of quiet malaise and I have to remind myself that I and the people I love the most are all well and pretty happy with their lives. No one is sick, dying or permanently damaged emotionally.

It takes forever to load. I made a screenshot once it finally loaded and uploaded it on https://postimages.org/

The direct link to the photo from https://postimages.org/ loads immediately:
