Should we start a pool on when Trump declares a national emergency?

I'm thinking he invokes the Insurrection Act before Thanksgiving.

I think they plan on sending in agitators and instigators soon, perhaps October 18th. I am not sure we will make it until the beginning of November.

And oh!!! I SO hope I am wrong.
