the Supreme Court can't use the word, or anything of the same meaning, or it will look like they are in communication with the White House and taking direction from them.
Stephen Miller accidentally blurted out that Trump had "plenary authority" on TV today.

Well duh, Presidents have that authority, but its legally constrained to repel invasion, suppress rebellion, or enforce federal law when state forces are insufficient.
