First lady Melania Trump is expected to give an announcement Friday morning from the White House.

Her remarks come after Amazon announced Thursday that its “Melania” documentary will be released in theaters on Jan. 30, 2026, and then later be available on its Prime Video platform. The film is set to give “unprecedented access to the 20 days leading up to the 2025 presidential inauguration — through the eyes of the first lady-elect herself,” the company said.

Trump has also been a major player in promoting the president’s artificial intelligence agenda in schools and an advocate for children in Ukraine amid its more than three-year war with Russia.

The first lady’s announcement is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. EDT.
