Need some computer advice here

I have this damn news site that overides my time in DU it pops up every so often...I know some scared idiot tracks me so I got a program that tracks it and now this uninvited news program pops up..how to kill it?

Remove anything generating Notifications from your browser. Probably also your operating system

or you could uninstall the tracking program and see what happens

A lot of scary ads like "WARNING, YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED" and the like, are themselves malware/trackers.

Please check anything you added to your applications or browser.
