Stephen Miller let slip that they believe that the act gives the president “plenary powers”. Trump will try to use those powers to bury the Epstein files when Johnson reconvenes the House. He can at least tie it up in court for a while. Then over the next year Trump will place troops in key blue cities in preparation to steal the election.
