Once they miss a paycheck, then the real food insecurity is going to kick in next week.

I believe TSA agents are similarly low-wage and will miss paychecks on 10/14 as well. They’re “essential” workers but if they aren’t paid I bet many of them will call in sick.

They’ll need to take days off to stand in food bank lines too.

Guessing even more call out if their daycare providers aren’t willing to extend them a lifeline and watch their kids for free on top of the food insecurity.
