Sen. Mark Kelly's great line about optimism

Ben Meiselas asks Kelly (16:47): "You see reasons for hope during this period of darkness right now? (skip).... Do you see signs of hope?"
Kelly: "Well let me just start by saying, Ben, I'm an optimist.You know, I'm a guy who flew a spaceship built by the lowest bidder"
