Sadly Ken Burns's Documentary on The Revolutionary War Won't Hit Like His Previous Documentaries.

Anything remotely educational is kryptonite to MAGAS, and to everyone else they have made a mockery of the principles this country was found on or what we would like to believe the principles this country was found on.

Krasnov will allow it to air if the documentary is sympathetic enough to the Tory cause, and King George III. Maine-i-ac Oct 2025 #2

maga thinks they are the new revolutionaries, the new patriots. The problem maga has is that the do not have a strong bench. Their orange star is time-limited by term and physiology. Who is on the bench? Vance? A tool of olibros. Rubio? Knows the score but sold out, not a true believer. There are a lot like him. A governor? I can't name one that stands out. A senator? Thune is not a true believer and maga knows it. Cruz? Damaged goods. So, who?

maga could easily be watching for vicarious thrill (they used gunz!) and self-back-patting. They will glide over disturbing thoughts.

As far as empires go, and all empires operate out of self interest, we weren't the worst.
