North Carolina Republicans announced today theyâre going to pass a new congressional map to draw a Dem out of Congress; they already did last cycle, going from 7-7 to 10-4. Thus would be 11-3. t.co/XLJIhe8vZn

(3,523 posts)What is the Democratic response to all these Red states redistricting??? (I know NC has a Dem gov, but can the legislature there overide a veto from him?)
Ok, so, California is on it. IF referrendum passes, we pick up, what, five seats? Texas, Missouri, Indiana, now NC (amd I misisng any?). What blue trifecta states do we have? Is this just a numbers game nationally that we can't win? I just don't get any sense of urgencey form the National Democratic Committee about fighting fire with fire here. It seems every week another Red state starts this bullshit.
