This supreme court ruling makes law enforcement shoulder more responsibility

This video is explaining the recent supreme court ruling that brings the second amendment and the fourth amendment under the same constitutional umbrella. It was a 9-0 ruling that said, instead of police being able to say they "felt threatened" at the moment they pulled their gun and started shooting, the entire event has to be taken into consideration.

This feels really important to me, personally, because my Godson is in the worst prison in the western United States because of this type of gun violation. (On edit: no, he did not kill anybody!) Apparently, a lot of convictions might be overturned due to this ruling. It applies to anybody with a gun; not just the police, but also gun owners. The whole scene has to be taken into account, and the actions leading up to a gun being drawn/used.

And the SC suddenly realized that if the RW gun nuts are under the impression that if the police can just shoot "if they feel threatened", they might think they can shoot anyone they think threatens them - before guns end up confiscated from everyone who isn't in the approved "Well Trained Militias" under the inevitable post-Insurrection Act to control the Project 2025 planned break-up of States and mass revocation of citizenship further down the road.

carry over to court cases against citizens when killing someone even if they are legally carrying. It has to do with escalation before the moment of firing the fatal shot. If the shooter escalated that will be used against the shooter.Same with cops if they escalated a simple traffic stop into something more then they can be held liable for their actions before the moment of the shooting .

They won this past election, and are our actual president and vice president. It was obvious to the entire world on election day/night.
