Claiming that bailouts would mostly help big farmers and corporations that are only in it to speculate risk free because if anything bad happens in farming, they will just get a bailout. So the investment in the land is essentially risk free and driving up prices of land, equipment, etc for real farmers.

Like during Trump's first occupation, the bailouts, necessitated by Trump's bogus "tariff wars" helped big and corporate farmers but left smaller farmers in the dust.
