We have been hearing and seeing for a few months now--they go in for their court
appearance and they Disappear!!


🔥🔥🔥🔥 Incredible moment at 26 Federal Plaza immigration court when a family member is detained by ICE agents after his court appearance “We angry. All of us angry out here” they are given no reason they are just disappeared. We don’t know what happens to them.

could establish that the individual, having met the terms established by the court for the current hearing, has standing to not be otherwise removed or detained by ICE. And that judge could, by Order, remove any standing for ICE to intervene in the individual's case. And with that, ICE could and would suffer the penalties of the court, should they violate said Order.

LOL, yeah, I laughed too. Sorry, I really tried.

videos, like probably everybody on this board, of people being yanked from cars and thrown to the pavement with full force. There's no way they weren't injured. It doesn't take much to crack or even break a hip or injure the spine -- injuries that last a lifetime. And there's no lawful excuse for it.
