Trump Considers Overhaul of Refugee System That Would Favor White People
The proposals would transform a program aimed at helping the most vulnerable people in the world into one that gives preference to mostly white people who say they are being persecuted.

From NYT article today.

Why do I feel that he's giving the opposition so much ammo to use against him -- more than any President in our lifetimes -- but no one can really figure out how to use it effectively against him?

People who vote for democrat are not so much interested in finding ways of being in opposition to things, rather democrats look for solutions.
