In my opinion. Unfortunately necessary. The Union will win again. If things continue as is, we will see more of these Interstate agreements that may very well lead to what is in effect, if not actually, a separate nation. Interesting times.

The participating governors are from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island and Washington, as well as the U.S. territory of Guam.
