My son is a NASA engineer.
He's lived there about 12 years. His job is the only reason he lives there. He has started looking outside of the state for his next job and recruiters are now contacting him. He wants to stay long enough to see Artemis II successfully launched, that is if he doesn't get let go in the next round of layoffs.
