A big key to health is not this or that, it is avoid highly processed foods like powders & shakes whatever their content

Thanks for the information, regardless.

It comes on the heels of concerns about lead and mercury in cinnamon. That said, though it is a powder, I put about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon on my oatmeal.
